The work reports the synthesis and self-assembly of double-hydrophilic hyperbranched graft copolymers ofHPG-g-PDMAEMA, which consist of a hyperbranched polyglycerol (HPG) core and several grafted poly(2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) arms.
