〔 原 料 〕
上白面粉,酵面,净羊肉,精盐,酱油,姜末,葱末,五香粉,碱,芝麻油等。
〔 制 法 〕
1.将羊肉绞茸,加入姜末、葱末、五香粉、精盐、酱油和清水、芝麻油拌成馅心;
2.将面粉加酵面和清水和匀,面发好后,加碱揉透,搓成条,摘成面剂;
3.取面剂按成扁圆形,包入馅心1份,收口处捏成二十四道花纹,包顶留指头大的口,即成包子生坯,上笼用旺火蒸10分钟左右即成。
〔 特 点 〕
安徽淮北阜阳地区风味小吃。此包蒸熟时散发一股扑鼻羊肉香味,故名。具有馅嫩带汤,味美醇,无膻气的特色。
