性质:该品为黄至灰绿色膏状物。易溶于水,溶于乙醚和乙醇。随温度升高而分解。在空气中和遇光易变成绿色。其溶液遇铜、铁离子引起分解。在常温下不燃烧、不爆炸,但不能干燥,以防发生意外。对眼、鼻呼吸道有刺激作用。

制备方法:我国采用对硝基氯苯法与二苯胺法两种方法。1.对硝基氯苯法 由对硝基氯苯与苯胺、水杨酸缩合,再用硫化钠还原、蒸馏,而后经盐酸处理成盐,再过滤、干燥而得。2.二苯胺法 由二苯胺与苯胺重氮盐进行偶合,进而水解还原、成盐、再过滤、干燥而得。原料消耗(kg/t)(1)对硝基氯苯法 硝基氯苯 1065 苯胺 1200 水杨酸 273(2)二苯胺法 二苯胺 1180 氯苯 900 甲醇 570

用途:主要用于生产重氮盐晒图纸,及棉织物染色和印花。宜拼色使用。
