Here palladium (Pd) was adulterated into Pt on tungsten carbide nanocrystals,obtaining PtPd-WC/C electrocatalysts which were prepared by an intermittent microwave heating (IMH) method, and the composite electrocatalysts was tested for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in the acidic media.
