| 光度滴定 photometric titration 在滴定过程中用分光光度计记录吸光度的变化，从而求出滴定终点的容量分析方法。适用于滴定有色的或混浊的溶液，或滴定微量物质，并可提高灵敏度和准确度。光度滴定装置可由分光光度计改装。将具微型搅拌器的滴定池放在光度计的吸光池暗室内，微量滴定管则放在滴定池上方。滴定过程中，溶液吸光度A的变化遵循朗伯-比尔定律。滴定时，每加入一定量的滴定剂，都在一定波长下记录其吸光度，在超过等当点后，还需再滴加6～8次滴定剂，并记录吸光度。然后以吸光度A为纵坐标，标准溶液的体积V为横坐标，绘出光度滴定曲线，从两条切线的交点可求得滴定终点。 酸碱滴定、氧化还原滴定和络合滴定中都可采用光度滴定法。对氧化还原反应，光度滴定主要用于有色的稀溶液，例如用高锰酸钾标准溶液可以滴定含有硫酸镍的亚铁溶液。用光度滴定法进行络合滴定，可得更准确的结果。 光度滴定宜在分光光度计的暗室中进行。因为非单色光会使溶液吸光度偏离朗伯-比尔定律；暗室挡光不好，杂散光对吸光度会有干扰。加入滴定剂会产生稀释误差，但是，如加入的滴定剂不超过总体积的1％，则可以忽略。 |
