With the help of four kinds of culture mediums,bacteria are separated from twelve samples are taken from the upper sediment in Dian Chi Lake.
利用钻孔和挖掘的方法从滇池底泥获得12个样品,利用阿须贝无氮培养基,硝化菌、亚硝化菌培养基及硝酸盐培养基分离其中的优势菌,并进行计数、鉴定及分析,结果发现,滇池底泥广泛分布有与氮素循环有关的细菌。

Adopting Renault N-S equation,the standard k-ε model for turbulence,and the scaled pressure-elocity equation set up by pressure-jointed SIMPLE-C,this paper simulates the 3-D stream flow properties of the deposition pond in Yangtze Water Supply Factory.
采用雷诺平均N-S方程以及标准k-ε湍流模型,在以压强连接的隐式修正法(SIMPLE-C)算法建立的压力速度校正方程基础上,对水厂污泥池的三维水流动进行了求解。
