性质:又称β-丙基丙烯酸;2-己烯酸;α,β-己烯酸;俗称丁烯叉醋酸。针状晶体(由水或醇重结晶),熔点32℃。沸点216~217℃(常压),118℃(2.533kPa)。相对密度0.9627。折射率1.4610。Ka(25℃)1.98×10-5。与溴加成,得1,2-二溴己酸。与溴化氢加成,得2-溴己酸。以氯酸银氧化,得1,2-二羟基己酸。本品可由丁醛与丙二酸缩合、脱羧制取。用作有机合成原料。其衍生物:(1)甲酯,沸点56~58℃(1.733kPa);(2)乙酯,沸点174~175℃(常压)、80℃(2.933kPa);(3)对溴(代)苯酰甲酯,熔点62~62.5℃;(4)氧氯化物,沸点70℃(3.066kPa);(5)酰基苯胺,针状结晶,熔点109~110℃。
