Iukuongnanxlng炉况难行(tight furnaee operation)高炉炼铁过程中炉况失常的一种表现。炉况难行如不能及时消除,会由于炉料阻塞区域的扩大而转为悬料(见悬料与坐料)。炉况难行的征兆为炉料下降变慢,直至接近停滞或出现短时间的停滞;风压上升,风量下降,两者不相对应,透气性指数明显下降;炉顶温度上升,温度曲线变窄。处理方法是酌情减风量(如5%一10%或更多),使压差低于正常值而且风量与风压相对应;如炉温充足可多减风温(如50一100℃),采用发展边沿的装料制度并相应减轻负荷;加强炉前工作,出净渣、铁。 (庄镇恶)
