shu一lun fad一onJ一zhengfo lengque水轮发电机燕发冷却(evaporation cooling ofhydrgenerator)将液态介质通人水轮发电机导体内部进行燕发冷却的方式。蒸发冷却的特点是:①由于冷却介质燕发时的导热能力比空气和水高几倍多,因此在相同条件下,采用燕发冷却可以减小机组尺寸,减轻机组重t。②燕发t随负荷大小变化,具有明显的自调节能力,绕组温度分布均匀,延长了绝缘寿命。③充分利用冷却介质在液态及气态条件下的重力差或离心力(前者适用定子,后者适用于转子)作为循环动力,实现了自循环冷却过程。④冷却介质具有良好的绝缘性能和化学惰性,还具有不嫩、不爆、稳定、无毒、无腐蚀、气化温度低等优点. 液态冷却介质从位于上机架附近的冷凝器引出,由定子绕组底部进人导体内部,吸热后气化产生气泡,形成掖、气两相混合的流体,其比重小于未气化液体的比重,故在流动压头作用下沿导体向上流动,从定子绕组顶端引出至冷凝器,经二次冷却水冷凝为液体循环使用.对于转子,由于存在离心力的作用,使自循环冷却效果更为显著。 世界各国进行燕发冷却研究始于20世纪60年代初期,前苏联、日本、美国、英国不断发表有关研究成果的文献。中国开展燕发冷却研究始于1958年,1983年投运了两台n.8 MV·A定子绕组燕发冷却水轮发电机,1991年投运了1台60 MV·A定子绕组蒸发冷却水轮发电机,单机容t为444 MV·A大容量定子绕组燕发冷却水轮发电机已于1999年在李家峡电站投人运行。
