The basic information of Dahaiba reservoir and Xiaohaiba reservoir are investigated,which provides technological supports for reasonable development as future urban drinking water source of Dahaiba & Xiaohaiba reservoir.

This paper carries on the appraisal to the water quality in Daxiao Sea Dam Reservoir in the fuzzy judgment method instead of the commonly used single index,describing the fuzzy water quality separatrix with the degree of membership and making the appraisal result to be more objective.

In the context and viewpoints of Western theory of sublime, by reviewing the stories and disscusion of sublime in Chinese culture, we find that the category of "greatness" of Chinese classical aesthethics is consistent and compatible with the sublime category of Western aesthethics.

The grand beauty of perfect is more important than grand beauty of matter;the link of greatness with beauty,the grand beauty of greatness is higher than comm.
