According to the cutting theory of the coal drum shearer,a mathematics model between the drum cutting energy consumption and cutting drum movement parameters was established.
根据采煤机截割理论,建立了滚筒截割比能耗与滚筒运动参数(滚筒转速、牵引速度)间关系的数学模型;同时,以畸变1式截齿排列的切屑图为基础,建立了块煤率与滚筒运动参数关系的数学模型。

According to the cutting theory of shearer,the mathematic models of relationship between the helical vane parameters(structural parameters,kinematical parameters) and the objective parameters(coal capacity of the drum,coal conveying speed in axial direction,stoker force in axial direction,minimum speed of the drum,percentage of lump coal) were established.
根据采煤机截割理论,建立了螺旋叶片参数(结构参数、运动参数)与目标参数(滚筒装煤量、轴向输煤速度、轴向抛煤力、滚筒最低转速、块煤率)间关系的数学模型。
