  茶叶租纤维测定洗吸干.并重复直至洗出液呈中性为止。再将滤渣用同样浓度,数量的氢氧化钠溶液,按上法进行碱处理,直至洗下液无色为止。将残渣全部移置已知重量的无灰滤纸上过滤,再用乙醇冲洗至无色.换用乙醚冲洗若干次滤干,移至烘箱内烘至恒重,即可算出粗纤维的百分率。为厂避免泥砂物质的干扰,一般进行灰化.根据灰化后的失重量,即町算出粗纤维卣分率。此外,为了快速检测茶叶的老嫩程度,中国农业科学院茶叶研究所根据d一纤维素在茶叶纤维素中所占比例最大的特点.用17.5%氢氧化钠溶液.将茶叶煮沸20分钟后过滤,并用水清洗。直至滤液无色为止,取出烘干至恒重.即叮算出d一纤维素百分率。 (蒋德譬)茶叶粗纤维检验(erude fibre inspeetionof tea)茶叶检验之一。茶叶经稀酸、稀碱处理后对其有机残留物含量进行检测的技术措施。粗纤维主要成分是纤维素,也含少量半纤维素、木质素、角质组织、矿物质等一般茶叶中约含8~20%。随着茶叶组织老化而含量增加,与茶叶老嫩程度成正比。可作为茶叶嫩度的生化指标之一。联合国贸易和发展会议茶叶出口国会议,赞同把粗纤维检验,作为鉴别茶叶老嫩和控制低劣茶叶进入市场的手段。国际标准化组织,在“1503720一1977红茶一规格”中,已将粗纤维最高含量定为16.5%,作为红茶的标准之一。 粗纤维测定各国都用酸喊处理法。在“150 3720-1977”附录条中有规定,美国分析化学家协会(AOAC)所定的方法也基本相同。中国农业科学院茶叶研究所规定的测定方法是:取茶样5克,于烧杯中,加入1.25%的硫酸溶液200毫升.煮沸30分钟(保持200毫升容积).使酸的浓度基本不变,然后吸滤至干,加水清
