The separation and purification of water-soluble polysaccharides from Commelina commelis by SephadexG-100 column chromatography was studied,and their antioxidation effects on the -OH in vitro were also probed.
对鸭跖草中的水溶性多糖进行分离纯化,采用SephadexG-100凝胶层析初步分离纯化鸭趾草多糖,利用D-脱氧核糖法测定鸭跖草水溶性多糖对·OH清除作用;结果表明鸭趾草中水溶性多糖的含量为2。
