BLG and L -alanine were used to react with phosgene in tetrahydrofuran solution, respectively , to synthesize N -carboxyanhydride of γ -benzyl- L -glutamate ( BLG-NCA) and N -carboxyanhydride of L -alanine ( Ala-NCA ) which were copolymerized with triethylamine as an initiator to produce the copolymer of BLG-NCA and Ala-NCA.
