With laboratory incubation method at constant temperature under aeration conditions,an experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of sodium chloride(NaCl) on mineralization and nitrification in a silt loam soil which is one of the typical soils in the cultivated layer of Beijing area.

It was shown by soil testing and standard injection analyzing the spillway on the weak foundation (stratum of the Holocene Series, Quaternary System) of Haiwanzi Reservoir that it is an effective method when application the method of vibrating infusion to dandify the silt loam could eliminate its possible liquefaction.
