性质:以铝为主要合金元素的铜合金。它又分为简单铝青铜和复杂铝青铜。铜铝二元合金称为简单铝青铜,含有其他合金元素的铜铝合金称为复杂铝青铜。铝青铜有好的力学性能、高的耐蚀性能、耐磨性能和耐寒性能。冲击时不产生火花,流动性好,偏析倾向小。常用的铝青铜有:Cu-9Al-2Mn,Cu-7Al,Cu-5Al,Cu-9Al-4Fe,Cu-10Al-3Fe-1.5Mn,Cu-10Al-4Fe-4Ni,Cu-11Al-6Fe-6Ni等。主要用作各种弹性元件、高强度零件、耐磨零件、轴承、轴瓦、轴套、齿轮、法兰盘等。铝青铜可以气焊、电焊,但不易钎焊。
