《别录》:"甘,微寒,无毒。"
【功用主治】
补中益气。治烦热,消渴,泻痢。 ①《别录》:"主胃痹,热中消渴,止泄痢,利小便,益气补中。" ②《日华子本草》:"健脾,治泄精。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤或煮粥。
【选方】
①治消渴:青粱米半升(淘净),以水三升,煮稀粥饮之,以差为度。(《圣济总录》粱米粥) ②治老人脾虚气弱,食不消化,泄痢无定:神曲二两(炙,捣罗为末),青粱米四合(淘净)。上相和煮粥,空心食之。(《寿亲养老新书》曲米粥) ③治老人五淋病,身体烦热,小便痛不利:浆水三升(酸美者),青粱米三合(研)。上煮作饮,空心渐饮之,日二、三服。(《寿亲养老新书》浆水饮)
