空注阀

kongzhufa空注阀(hollow jet valve)通过改变活动阀舌与阀壳之间的距离，调节喷出的空心水柱流量的工作阀门(如图)。操纵杆周定阀舌活动阔舌通气叶 空注阀构造图 空注阀设在压力管道的出口，由两端直径不同的阀壳与阀舌组成，阀壳与阀舌都向下游扩大，活动阀舌靠上游一侧并通过操纵杆使其向上游移动，直至关闭通路。止水设于上游，出口不设喷嘴，固定阀舌肋片及通气叶片与阀壳相连。阀舌开启时水流以空心柱的形状射出。射程较远，有利于空中消能，故一般在泄水管道末端不再设消能工。有时为避免过流产生的湿雾气影响通航及水电站设备，可使阀轴线与水平线成20。一3扩的俯角，以限制水柱的影响范围。由于出口安设了通气叶使过水道获得足够的空气补充，保证阀舌、阀壳内表面无负压，减少了空蚀的可能性，空注阀的流量系数比针形阀稍高(约为0.70)。 (杨文祥)
