To investigate the protection safety against biological contamination for emergency ambulance with overpressure and negative-pressure protection system,Serratia marcesens aerosol was applied to test the biological filtration efficiency of emergency ambulance under overpressure protection and negative-pressure protection when the aerosol was generated at 30 s,1 min,5 min,10 min respectively.

In order to master the distribution of biologic contaminant inside compartment of emergency ambulance with negative-pressure protection,the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) and Lagrangian stochastic trajectory method were employed to simulate the distribution of biologic contaminant inside compartment,and the concentration distribution of biologic contaminant inside compartment was measured.

The numerical simulation based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is carried out to investigate the gas contaminant movement and distribution as well as influence on human safety inside compartment, which is for chemical accidents rescuing operation shelter with overpressure protection.
