性质:以光声效应为基础的一种吸收光谱分析技术。当用稳定的并能连续可调的单色光(常用高压氙灯或激光器作光源)照射光声池中的样品,使其因光声效应而产生压力源,并为高灵敏的微音器或压电控测器接收而转换成电信号,微弱的光电信号可用锁定放大器或积分平均器来检测。光声信号强度IPAS与单色光光源的入射强度I0、被测物质的摩尔吸光系数ε、样品的量浓度c和厚度ι成正比,IPAS=I0(2.3εcι)α式中α为热能转换为声能的有效系数。以IPAS与入射光波长λ作图即得光声光谱。对不透明固体、液体和气体来说,要在紫外、可见和近红外光区获得光谱信息,本法可能是唯一的方法。研究对象涉及到无机物、有机物、半导体、金属等材料的物理和化学问题。
