包包糯酥饭
简介
包包糯酥饭的主角是糯米和酥子（也叫酥蔴,作用类似于芝麻）。酥子通常用来做汤圆馅的原料，味道让人惊喜的好。这个东西南方的朋友们应该比较熟悉的。自从搬到北京来以后，还以为再也吃不到这道美味了，没想到居然让我在市场里找到了它，于是就有了这一道“包包糯酥饭”。
原材料
糯米、酥子、鸡蛋、海苔
制作方法
1.糯米淘洗后，泡三到四个小时，上笼屉蒸熟成糯米饭。酥子淘洗干净。取两个鸡蛋调后煎成蛋皮。没有太多煎蛋皮经验的朋友可以在蛋液里加一点淀粉，这样煎蛋皮就容易多了，而且煎出来的蛋皮不容易破。
2.将淘洗好的酥子滤干水分后，放入锅中炒香（锅中不放油），注意在炒酥子的过程，开始可以用大火，因为这时的酥子还有一定的水分，看到锅中的酥子的水汽都蒸发以后，调成中火，不停翻炒，直到闻到浓浓的酥子香味。
3.炒好的酥子放入搅拌机中搅碎。
4.搅好的酥子放少量盐，拌匀。在蛋皮上放一层糯米饭，再铺一层酥子。
5.将蛋皮卷起来。
6.把卷好的包好从中间切开，剪一条海苔把包饭卷起来，盛盘。
小提示
喜爱甜食的朋友在拌酥子的时候，可以把盐换成糖，同样非常好吃的。
