【性状】
本品为白色冻干粉末。在水中易溶。
【鉴别】
(1) 取含量测定项下炽灼后的稀释液，加钼酸铵试液，即显黄色。 (2) 取本品1瓶，加氯化钠注射液0.5ml ，溶解后，取溶液1 滴，点于磷钼酸铵试 纸上，应显蓝色。
【检查】
溶液的澄清度与颜色 取本品1 瓶，加氯化钠注射液5ml 使溶解，溶液 应澄清无色。 亚锡量 取本品5 瓶，分别加入经氮气饱和的1mol/L盐酸溶液3ml ，使溶解。在氮 气流下，照电位滴定法（附录Ⅶ A），用碘酸钾滴定液(0.001 667mol/L)滴定，每瓶消 耗碘酸钾滴定液(0.001667mol/L) 的量不得少于0.07ml。如有1 瓶不符合，另取5 瓶复 试，应全部符合规定。 酸度 取溶液的澄清度与颜色项下的溶液，依法测定（附录Ⅵ H），pH值应为5.0 ～7.0 。 细菌内毒素 取本品适量，每瓶以5ml细菌内毒素检查用水溶解，并用细菌内毒素 检查用水至少稀释10倍后，依法检查（附录Ⅺ E），本品每瓶含细菌内毒素小于75ＥU 。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
取本品3 瓶，分别精密加水2ml溶解后，混匀,精密量取2ml ，再精 密量取2 ％盐酸溶液2ml ，合并，混匀，通入硫化氢，待沉淀完全，离心，移出上清液， 吹气除去上清液中过量硫化氢，精密量取上清液1ml ，置盛有氢氧化钙0.2g的坩埚中， 搅匀，置水浴上蒸干后，再炽灼至灰白色，放冷，加稀盐酸10ml使溶解，移置50ml量瓶 中，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取4ml,置25ml量瓶中，加定磷试液（取稀硫酸9ml,加 2.5％钼酸铵溶液与10％抗坏血酸溶液各3ml,摇匀）5ml ，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀后， 置45℃水浴中保温30分钟，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ B），在550nm 的波长处测定总磷的 吸收度(Et)。 精密量取上述除去硫化氢的上清液1ml ，置50ml量瓶中，加氢氧化钙0.2g与稀盐酸 10ml，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取4ml ，置25ml量瓶中，加定磷试液5ml ， 加水稀释至刻度，按上述方法，自“摇匀后”起，测定无机磷的吸收度(Ei)。 另精密量取磷酸二氢钾标准溶液〔每1ml 中含磷(P)0.05mg 〕2ml ，通入硫化氢， 吹气除去硫化氢，精密量取1ml ，置25ml量瓶中，加定磷试液5ml ，加水稀释至刻度， 按上述方法，自“摇匀后”起，测定吸收度(Es)。计算出供试品中的含磷(P) 量，再乘 以7.102 即得亚甲基二膦酸(CH6P2O6) 的量。
