In order to ascertain the causes and mechanisms of corrosion and abrasion failure,the demonstration analyses and experiments such as macro/microscopy and corrosion substance composition analyses were carried out on the broken section of the man-hole door of refeed valve and air-hood.
重点对返料阀人孔门盖及风帽吹气管断口的宏微观形貌、微区成分、腐蚀物组成等进行表征分析和试验,确定腐蚀磨损产生的原因及腐蚀机理;最后根据实际状况,提出相应的预防措施和建议。
