补充资料:含钽锡渣
      锡石中以类质同相状态存在的钽、铌,用选矿的方法不能将其分离,在炼锡时进入炉渣,成为含钽锡渣。随着钽矿石的贫化和日趋短缺,锡渣中的钽逐渐成了世界钽的主要来源。20世纪50年代时,它在世界总产钽量中的比重微不足道,60年代末达到25%,70年代末已超过50%。从中国南部经泰国和马来西亚的锡矿带钽含量最富。中国广西、广东、云南、湖南、江西等省均有含钽锡矿和含钽锡渣。
  
  各国锡渣的钽含量不等,典型的扎伊尔锡渣含Ta2O5为12%,泰国为8%,马来西亚为3~4%。其他一般锡渣中含Ta2O5小于2%。锡渣富集成含(Ta+Nb)2O5大于30%的人造钽精矿,再采用火法和湿法冶炼。火法一般是将锡渣和焦炭(或铝粒)、石灰混合,在电弧炉中还原熔炼,生成铁钨锡钽铌合金,然后将合金用电解法、NaNO3氧化焙烧法和酸碱处理。湿法只有氟氢酸-氟硅酸工艺取得了好的经济效果。
