Through controlling finishing slag components accurately, optimizing smelting operations, maintaining the shape of vessel and strengthening the resistance to corrasion of the slag splashing layer by emphasizing the maintenance of weak location etc, the fettling material consumption is decreased greatly, the campaign life is increased gradually.
