By constructing a relativistic constituent quark model, the BS wave functions for B,D and D mesons are obtained, and the form factors and their slopes at zero-recoil point for transitions B→D and B→D are calculated, based on which the widths for semileptonic weak decays B→Dl+ vt and B→D(*)l+vt), are calculated as well.
