On the basic of briefly summarizing the development of the multiplex composite between metal and ceramic glaze,this paper presented a sinter techniques between 503# low temperature ceramic glaze and low carbon steel named 16Mn,and research the anti-corrosion of the ceramic glaze film.
结果表明:在300~350℃将试样置入电阻炉,随炉升温到550~600℃并保温10min,为503#低温釉的最佳烧结工艺,烧结出的釉膜具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐水及耐磨性。
