【来源】
为石蕊科植物雀儿石蕊的枝状体。
【植物形态】
雀儿石蕊又名：山岭石蕊。 木状地衣。全体淡黄绿色，高可达10厘米。子器柄中空，稍硬而脆，上部密生树枝状分枝，潮湿时膨胀呈海绵状；下部与泥沙相接处渐次腐朽。粉子器块状，赤色，生于分枝顶端。 生于高山阴坡草丛中。分布黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、四川，云南、新疆、内蒙古、陕西等地。
【采集】
全年可采，去杂质，晒干用。
【性味】
性平，味淡。
【功用主治】
平肝，健胃，调经，止血。治高血压症，头晕目眩，偏头痛，目疾，虚劳，鼻衄，白带，月经不调。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，3～5钱。
【选方】
①治偏头痛，白带，头晕目眩，虚劳：太白花二两，炖猪蹄或乌鸡肉吃。 ②治白带：太白花四至五两，掺入面粉中作成馍，3～4天吃完。 ③治高血压症，头晕目眩：太白花、茱苓草、羊角参、小晕鸡头各五钱，夏枯草八钱。水煎加冰糖服。 ④治衄血：太白花一两，以童便加白糖浸泡，当茶饮。(性味以下出《陕西中草药》)
