医经著作,9卷。清姚绍虞(止庵)撰。刊于康熙十六年(1677年)。姚氏以《素问》理奥趣深,致使“后人见之不敢读、读之不能解、解之不尽明”,“因展玩再四,思更有以斟酌而损益之,务使人人可以读、读即解、解即明”。于是披阅10载,于经之正意已完于前而复赘词于后者,则去之;经之言已见于别篇而又重出于此者,则删之;文词残缺、义无可考、强解之而无味者,或阙疑、或尽除之。凡此总178处,计删6686字。仍依篇逐句注释,采前贤之高论,增心得以参详。如释“因于湿,首如裹,湿热不攘,大筋■短,小筋弛长。■短为拘,弛长为痿”一句,不仅于因、证阐析有所发明,并能提示治则。全书注文引录王冰等名家之论颇多,参酌己见则文理明晓。现存清刻本,建国后有排印本。
