A series of novel biomass adsorbents,metal-ion-loaded collagen fiber (MLCF),were prepared by immobilizing Fe(Ⅲ),Zr(Ⅳ) and Al(Ⅲ) respectively onto collagen fiber which came from the skin wastes produced in leather making.
