Based on the isothermal adsorption tests,the proximate analysis,maceral analysis and mercury penetration experiment,24 samples at different temperature(30,40,50,55,60 ℃)were studied for studying the CO adsorptive characters and factors of low rank soft coals.
为了研究低阶烟煤(中等变质程度)对CO气体的吸附性能及影响因素,对24种低阶烟煤在不同温度下(30,40,50,55,60℃),进行了CO等温吸附实验、煤质分析、煤岩分析和压汞实验,利用Mathematic程序、Qm软件对实验结果进行了分析,结果表明:温度较低(T≤50℃)时,可以用Langmuir方程来描述,与瓦斯吸附模型相一致;温度较高时(T>50℃),CO的吸附量与压力呈线性增加关系,可采用Henry方程(Q=KP)来描述,与低阶煤对N2的吸附模型相一致;低阶烟煤中惰质组和过渡孔(10~100 nm)含量普遍较高,对煤样吸附CO有较大影响,且与CO吸附量呈正相关。

烟煤 bituminous coal 由褐煤经变质作用转变而成的煤种。煤化程度高于褐煤而低于无烟煤。包括长焰煤、气煤、肥煤、焦煤、瘦煤、贫煤等。呈灰黑至黑色,具沥青光泽至金刚光泽,通常有条带状结构 ,不含原生腐殖酸。挥发分为10%~40% ,一般随煤化程度增高而降低。碳含量为76%~92%,发热量较高,热值为2.71~3.72万焦/千克 。大部分烟煤具有粘结性,燃烧时火焰高而有烟,故名烟煤。烟煤储量丰富,用途广泛,可作为炼焦、动力、气化用煤。烟煤燃烧多烟容易造成空气污染。 |
