适应症：
临床上用于皮肤瘙痒症、慢性荨麻疹、药疹和氰化物及砷剂等的中毒。此外，尚有抗过敏作用。
用量用法： 1.抗过敏：每次静注５％１０～２０ｍｌ，每日１次，１０～１４日为１疗程。 2.抢救氰化物中毒：由于本品解毒作用较慢，须先用作用迅速的亚硝酸钠、亚硝戊酯或亚甲蓝，然后缓慢静注１２．５～２５ｇ（２５％～５０％溶液５０ｍｌ）。口服中毒者，还需用５％溶液洗胃，洗后留本品溶液适量于胃内。
注意事项： 1.有头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。 2.静脉注射不宜过快，以免引起血压下降。
规格： 注射液：每支０．５ｇ（１０ｍｌ）、１ｇ（２０ｍｌ）。注射用硫代硫酸钠：每支０．３２ｇ无水物.
