According to the problems in the section of sampling on trains,such as large differences in particle size between cleaned lump coal and screened slack coal,non-uniform blending and big error in precision determination in manual sampling,the automatic belt sampling equipment was introduced to substitute for manual sampling.
针对火车采样环节中块精煤与筛末煤粒度差异较大、混和不均匀、人工采样精密度误差较大等问题,提出可用胶带自动采样机代替人工采样,同时应注意操作细节以尽可能地提高混煤的采样精密度。
