gootoljle booPo高台阶爆破(high beneh blasting)在高度远大于正常开采高度的台阶上进行的深孔爆破。 高台阶爆破旨在提高钻机的纯作业率和钻孔的单位落矿量，提高炸药的能量利用率以及改善采剥过程的结构参数(主要是提高工作帮坡坡角)，以便取得最好的开采经济效果。 高台阶爆破的实施可用倾斜钻孔，亦可用垂直钻孔。倾斜钻孔有利于克服高台阶的底盘抵抗线，但是只能采用多排孔排间微差起爆，不能解决成排起爆的缺点。应用垂直钻孔爆破时，为了解决第一排孔底盘抵抗线过大的不利影响一般可采用下述三种措施:底部采用高威力装药;一次爆破的炮孔排数应当不小于6排孔以减少第一排孔的不利影响;钻孔底部采用药壶装药。 根据生产实践经验，为了取得高台阶爆破的效果，除了上述三条措施外，还要适当提高炸药单耗，采用分段装药。 高台阶爆破的合理高度取决于岩石的物理力学性质、炸药爆轰特性和孔网参数。高台阶爆破允许的最大装药长度应当满足炸药完全爆轰的条件，即装药长度 (U尸十U尸7)O·W L。一一-丁;二二一二-二二二.，m 一”(U:+Uz)U儿式中UL，口1_分别为沿抵抗线方向和沿钻孔方向上的岩石裂隙发展速度;U:，口:分别为沿抵抗线方向和沿钻孔方向的岩石纵波速度;O为炸药的纵波速度;W为最小抵抗线。 根据上述理论关系，考虑正常的炮孔装药关系，在孔径30Omm的条件下，铁石英岩的台阶高度为28一35m，石灰岩为29一37m，花岗岩为32一4Om。 (牛成俊)
