主料：北豆腐
辅料：香菇、培根、菠菜、胡萝卜、番茄、黄瓜
调料：盐、胡椒粉、白糖、水淀粉
烹制方法：
1、将胡萝卜切成丝，和菠菜分别过水焯一下，菠菜切成末，培根与香菇切成末一起放入碗中，再放上一层菠菜和一层胡萝卜，将豆腐挤碎放在最上面压平，入蒸锅大火蒸5-8分钟，开锅取出扣入盘中；
2、坐锅点火倒少许油，加少许热水，放入番茄丁和黄瓜丁，加入糖、盐、胡椒粉，水淀粉勾芡淋在蒸好的豆腐周围即可。
特点：清淡醇香，老少咸宜。
