从锡林针布、道夫针布、盖板针布、刺辊齿条、固定盖板和分梳板6个方面分析了现代梳棉针布的特点,通过对国产针布技术进步和行业现状的分析,重点阐述了国内外针布的差距及国产针布的发展方向,指出:国产针布虽然进步很大,但在先进性、可靠性,尤其是使用寿命方面,与国际先进技术水平仍存在较大差距;15系列锡林针布已接近极限尺寸;目前我国针布应将提高锡林针布的耐磨性、创新道夫针布齿型设计、加强盖板针布底布对钢针的握持力和钢针耐磨性作为发展重点,并积极开发后整理针布品种。
