hange hanfan fejshui ehuli sheji含铬含钒废水处理设计(de抓gn of chromi-um and vanadium ions一eontaining waste watertreatment)含铬含钒废水含有毒性较强的六价铬离子和五价钒离子。铬在人体内可造成血中缺氧，导致细胞窒息;六价铬是致癌物质，并能在组织内累积。钒的颜色阂浓度界限为。.lmg/L，味觉阑浓度界限为0.smg/L，影响地面水自净作用的浓度为smg/L，动物的最小致死量为lmg/kg·对于含铬含钒超标的废水应进行处理，使其中有害物质含量符合国家或地方规定的排放标准。 废水处理设计的主要内容是:根据废水的来源和特性，选择经济合理的处理方法，处理流程和相应的设施组成。 废水来源和特性按所含铬、钒种类可分为含铬废水，含铬、钒废水和含钒废水。 含铬废水主要包括:(1)金属铬生产过程中铭浸出废渣的沥滤液，每升废液含Cr6+可达几百毫克;(2)冷轧薄钢板镀锌机组排出的废水，包括含Cr‘+浓度为1~1.89/L，pH值为2一3的高浓度废水和含Cr6+浓度约Zoomg/L，pH值为5一6的漂洗废水;(3)电镀过程排出的废液，包括每升含Cr6+几十毫克的镀铬、钝化漂洗废水和含cr6+约2。。g/L的废槽液;(4)冲洗设备和地坪等的含铬废水。 含铬、钒废水主要是五氧化二钒生产过程中的五氧化二钒沉淀分离尾液。当所用原料含有铬时，尾液中除含钒约50~10omg/L外，还含Cr6+约100一250mg/L，pH值为1.8~2.5，水温约80℃。 含钒废水主要是五氧化二钒沉淀分离的尾液。其中含钒约50~loomg/L，pH值为1.8一2.5，水温约80℃。 基本处理方法因废水所含成分和浓度不同，所采用的处理工艺也不同。 含铬废水处理常用还原沉淀法、离子交换法、钡盐法或电解法处理。(l)还原沉淀法。先用硫酸亚铁或钢材酸洗废液或亚硫酸氢钠或二氧化硫等还原剂，在酸性条件下，将废水中Cr6+还原成低毒的Cr3+。一般再投加石灰使Cr3+沉淀，并中和废水中的游离酸。此法处理后的出水含Cr6+不大于0.Zmg/L，Crs+不大于。.smg/L。如用亚铁作为还原剂，氢氧化钠作为中和剂，将沉淀的泥渣加热氧化，可制成磁性的铁氧体。还原沉淀法在国内外最为常用，适用范围较广，且效果可靠。(2)离子交换法。一般可将废水先通过H型阳树脂床，去除废水中的Fe3+、Cr3+等阳离子，进行纯化，经纯化的含铬酸阴离子废水可直接反回生产使用，对于冷轧薄钢板镀锌机组排出的高浓度含铬废水常采用此法进行处理。如欲回收铬酸，可将废水再经OH型阴树脂床进行处理，阴树脂用碱液洗脱再生，将洗脱液经阳树脂床除去钠离子，可得铬酸。阳树脂可用酸再生。
