性质:含碳量高于0.77%的碳素钢。显微组织有珠光体和先析渗碳体。该渗碳体沿原奥氏体晶界成网状分布。过共析钢因含有较多的碳、热处理后可得到很高的强度和硬度。通常采用不完全淬火,保留一部分未溶解的渗碳体,淬火后这些渗碳体以粒状分布在马氏体基体内,能提高钢的耐磨性。这种钢多用作工具钢使用。
