性质:又名醋氨磺氨苯砜钠,单乙酰氨苯砜钠。白色或略带粉红色的结晶或结晶性粉末。在水中溶解,在乙醇中不溶。其游离体的熔点285℃(分解)。由对硝基氯苯为原料制得。为磺胺类抗菌药,其作用和用途与氨苯砜相似,有抗麻风和抗结核作用,对麻风杆菌有较大的抑菌作用,目前临床上仅用于治疗麻风病,包括瘤型和结核型麻风病,也可治疗疱疹样皮炎。
