与经济学家不同,生态学家不仅认识到自然资源和生态过程的重要价值,而且还认识到,要想有效保护人类赖以生存的自然和环境基础,就必须把各类生态环境成本加以核算,并使其体现在市场信号中,进而构建基于相对完全信息基础上的生态市场经济。
