Based on experience of thin slab casting at Tangshan Steel,the application of thermal imaging figure of mould to predicting and controlling longitudinal crack of thin slab was analyzed.
结合唐钢薄板坯连铸的生产实践,分析了结晶器热像图在预测和控制薄板坯纵裂纹中的应用,同时阐述了影响薄板坯纵裂纹产生的其它因素,包括保护渣、拉速和过热度等,并提出了相应的控制措施,使唐钢薄板坯纵裂纹的发生率大幅度下降。
