x一kuangq旧ngdu洗矿强度(intensity of ore washing)表示在洗矿过程中单位时间内分出的粘土量。洗矿强度取决于被洗矿石的物理性质、液体介质的洗涤能力和洗矿过程中的机械作用。对于某一种矿石,机械作用和液体介质的洗涤能力愈强,洗矿强度愈高。洗矿通常是在水介质中进行,所以洗矿强度取决于机械作用和水中的矿泥浓度,随着水中矿泥浓度的增加,水的洗涤能力降低,而水中的矿泥浓度是随着水的耗量的增加而降低的,增加水的耗量、提高水流速度,可加强对被洗矿石的机械作用。机械作用愈强烈,水的耗量愈多,洗矿强度愈高,当然水的耗量应限制在一定的范围内。 (类绍良)
