In this paper,a failure analysis was performed for materials of two section steam-injecting pipes,by means of examinations such as:macro-morphology、wall thickness and diameter、chemical composition、optical micrography、mechanical properties、scanning electron microscope(SEM) and EDS.

According to the principle of uniform rate along the string,a combination type of steam injection string comprising flow regulator and tubing has been designed.
为此,根据沿注汽管柱长度方向流量分配均衡原则设计配注器+油管组合型注汽管柱,通过调节配注器的泄流孔密度,保证油套环空内各段的压力和流量相等,以达到均匀注汽的目的。

To solve the problem of uniform steam injection along the perforation interval of horizontal well,based on the thermodynamic model of steam in the steam injection string and throttling model of flow regulator,the structure parameter of steam injection string was optimized according to the uniform flow principle with numerical simulation method.
为解决热采水平井射孔段均匀注汽这一难题,在建立水平注汽管柱内汽、液2相流热动力学模型及配注器节流模型的基础上,根据沿管柱长度方向流量分配均衡原则,将注汽段流量均匀分布作为目标函数,应用数值仿真技术对配注器+油管组合型注汽管柱的配注器数量、泄流孔个数及布置形式等进行了优化。
