形态特征子实体一般中等大。菌盖覆瓦状生长于基物上，无柄，半圆形至扇形、贝形，木栓质，2-4cm×3-8cm，厚3-6mm，盖面白色至灰白色，有密而细的绒毛，环带不明显。边缘薄或厚，锐或钝，波浪状，干后内卷。菌肉白色，厚1-4mm。菌管白色，长2-5mm，管口圆形，白色，后变为灰白色，每毫米3-4个，薄壁，口缘常呈锯齿状。菌丝厚壁，无横隔和锁状联合，粗3-6.5μm，孢子无色，光滑，近圆柱形，稍弯曲，6-10μm×2-3μm。
