会谈(inte「view)亦称“面谈”、“访谈，，、“晤谈’，指毛谈者卜(，nterviewe‘)和被会谈者(interviewee)双方进行交谈沟通所形成的双向沟通系统，是心理咨询和治疗的最基本技术。通过对被会谈者的口头询问和问卷的方式，来收集个案材料，或了解某些人、某些事、某些行为及态度的一种方法。会谈力一式可分为结构式(或操作式会谈)和非结构式(或自山式会谈)两种。美国公众服务局曾提出会谈的基本技巧为:问题要有诱导性，不要只是让人回答“是”或“否”;多试几种话题，以引起其回答的兴趣:问题要清楚，不暗示何为正确或不正确;建立良好的气氛之前，不要询问太多的私事;问题扯远时，不宜突然地扭转回本题;所用的语言和词汇要适合被会谈者的程度，言谈中不可粗鲁地表示批评或不耐烦或严厉训人的态度。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
