是朝阳区政府主办，经北京市人民政府批准、备案的一所成人中等专业学校，学校位于朝阳区平房地区。学校占地80余亩，建筑面积9175．27平方米，教室8个，1007平方米。另设有计算机房、实验室、图书馆、资料室、食堂、浴室、学员宿舍等。另有两个足球尝一个篮球场共学员活动。
