From the angle of the tenet and the essence of Economic Law,and based on its peculiarity of the value goal and the adjustment way,this paper prescribes the basic principles of Economic Law as society standard principle,moderate interference of the government principle,principle to protect the weak and sustainable development principle.

Being a legal thought,society standard focuses on and sets out from the whole society to advocate reallocation of rights between individual and society.

Economic law corresponds to social law on society standard and power intervention and so on; because there are characters of body politic standard and power intervention expanding, Many characters of social law such as the idea of society standard and adjustment methods of social self government undoubtly are benefit for the deve.

The rule of law and moral and the realization of the principle of social standard;

Based on the analysis of the current status of the PE teaching in middle and high vocational schools, the sequence,proportion and principle for PE teaching under the social standard are elaborated,the contents of the practical vocational teaching of PE are summarized and eight pieces of suggestions for enhancing the PE teaching level are put forward.
