| 毯子功 中国戏曲表演基本功 。泛指训练演员掌握和运用翻、腾、扑、跌各项技艺（即筋斗，亦作斤斗）的基本功夫。因演出时各种筋斗翻跳不能超越舞台台毯的范围；练习时为不致受伤，也都是在毯子上进行，故称毯子功。以京剧为例，大致包括：①基础功，如拿顶、下腰、前桥、后桥、虎跳、踺子、跺子等。②单筋斗，又叫短筋斗，包括单小翻、单前扑、单提、单漫子、单蹑子、单云里加关、单折腰等。③长筋斗，又称大筋斗，即两种以上筋斗的组合，并借助助跑完成者。④桌子功，指筋斗下桌、过桌、上桌等。⑤弹板功，这是近年来从杂技、体育项目中吸取演化来的项目，如弹板前扑、高台弹板等。⑥软毯子功，属扑跌类，包括抢背、吊毛、前后僵尸、虎跳等。毯子功要求高、轻、飘、准。 |
