x ikuang ehejion sheji洗矿车l’N设计(ore washing plant design) 对含泥质多或被粘土胶结的矿石，用水力浸泡冲洗或机械力搅动冲洗，使泥质和粘土与矿石分离的选矿厂车间设计。通常在下列情况下需设洗矿:(l)矿石含泥多、含水分大，影响破碎流程畅通;但在矿石设计处理量过大，一般洗矿设备无法适应时，可考虑自磨或半自磨。(见磨矿分级车问设计)。(2)手选、光选、重介质选矿以前，宜先洗矿时;(3)洗矿后，脱出矿泥，使有用矿物富集，能获得部分合格产品时;(4)洗矿使泥砂分离后，分别进行选矿，可提高选别效果时。 洗矿流程与设备选择含砂质粘土(少量泥质枯土)的易洗矿石，常在振动筛上用高压水冲洗，筛下物进入螺旋分级机洗矿;含泥质粘土较多的中等可洗矿石，要经一次或两次洗矿机洗矿;含泥质粘土多并有大量胶结泥团的难洗矿石，常用圆筒洗矿机和槽式洗矿机等两段或多段擦洗，有时尚需在洗矿前或洗矿后，手选大块泥团。为提高洗矿效果，洗矿前，将矿石预先润湿或浸泡，再用高压水冲洗，施加振动或在浸泡时添加少量药剂。洗出的矿泥若能进一步回收时，设浓缩机储存、脱水，浓缩底流送磨选车间或单独处理。不同性贡矿石的电耗、水耗见表。洗矿机的处理能力，根据类似企业实际生产定额或工业试验结果确定。 矿石性质与消耗指标了万 设备配置对易洗矿石，不单独设厂房，通常在粗碎后的振动筛上进行洗矿。洗矿设备配置于破碎厂房内，大型选矿厂也可单独设洗矿厂房。对难洗矿石，采用圆筒洗矿机和槽式洗矿机时，常单独设置厂房，设备重叠配置，有手选胶泥团时，尚需增加手选胶带机。人选矿石粒度大，要尽量使矿石自流输送，多采用重叠式配置。溜槽坡度设计要适当，以减少矿石对下段设备的冲击并不致阻塞。合理设置槽式洗矿机角度(>14。)和螺旋分级机角度(>180)，以减少返砂含水量。带式输送机角度<12a(与干料混合时<160)，以免物料下滑。设计中当难以确定要否洗矿时，需留有配置洗矿设施的余地。
