| 调和肝脾 中医和法之一 。运用疏肝健脾的药物 ，以治疗肝脾不和的方法。适用于肝气犯脾及肝郁脾虚之症。症见胸胁胀满，胁肋疼痛，腹痛腹胀，肠鸣腹泻，神疲少食，妇女月经不调，乳房作胀，脉弦等。常用柴胡、枳实、芍药、当归、陈皮、白术等药物组成方剂。临床上根据不同的证候选用不同的方剂，如证见脘腹疼痛，泄泻或痢疾后重者，方用四逆散；若症见两肋作痛，头痛、目弦，神疲少食，或月经不调，乳房作胀，脉弦而虚者，方用逍遥散；若症见肠鸣腹痛，便大泻泄、舌苔薄白，脉弦缓者，方用痛泻要方疏肝补脾。 |
